BOWS/FLOWERS

I thought I would post some of the bows and flowers that I have made. Although they are all quite large, they can be made smaller for newer babies or if you would just like it smaller for your little girl.... Prices will be coming very soon! You can click on the pictures to enlarge them!

This first one is for a girl that has more hair. It's a flower on a hairband for a pony tail...

My Inspiration

I just wanted to start by sharing a little about the little girl who is my inspiration on making these bows/flowers.

16 months ago on August 24th, 2007, God blessed my husband and I with a little baby girl named Presley Kate Stillman. She is the light of our lives. She has been my little doll from the day the doctor placed her in my arms. I love to dress her up and put bows on her head. Since I have been doing this since that day she was born, she is so used to it that it doesn't seem to bother her a bit! Now she is the one asking for her shoes, cute jackets...and when people say "oh look at that bow on her head", she in turn says..."bow". She knows exactly what they are saying!

My husband Preston and I enjoy every stage of her life and will continue to for years to come.

When going into stores and Presley has a bow on her head, the response that we receive most of the time is "Oh, is she getting her pictures taken today?" I love when people say that. That meaning that she looks her best...and that is what I like her to look like everytime we walk out of the house.

Now, don't get me wrong. I don't have a bow/flower on her head when we are playing or just hanging out around the house, but I look at the bow/flower on her head as a pair of shoes for me. When you put that perfect pair of shoes on your feet when you have an outfit that just needs the right shoes....it makes the outfit. And that is why I have decided to sell them. I want mom's all over to be able to pick out a cute outfit and then come to my blog and ask that I make that PERFECT bow/flower that matches it. Just to make that outfit all the better.

So...this is it. The beginning of what I hope will make a lot of mom's get asked "oh, is she getting her pictures taken today?".
